Before becoming a REALTOR^®, I spent more than 25 years in finance, including serving as a controller and CFO for a New York hedge fund. That experience taught me to analyze details carefully, communicate clearly, negotiate thoughtfully, and protect my clients’ financial interests—skills I now bring to every real estate transaction.

After relocating to Florida myself, I understand that buying or selling a home is about much more than the property. It may involve a lifestyle change, retirement, family needs, financial decisions, or coordinating the purchase of one home with the sale of another. Today, I specialize in Lakewood Ranch and the surrounding Sarasota and Manatee County communities, with particular expertise in golf, resort-style, active-adult, and amenity-rich neighborhoods. I help buyers compare communities and understand the true costs of ownership, while helping sellers position, prepare, price, and market their homes to compete effectively.
