After relocating from the Northeast to Florida in 2019, she pursued formal real estate education during the pandemic, pairing her professional background with a long-standing personal interest in property ownership and transactions. Having sold multiple homes independently over the years, real estate felt like a natural extension of what she already did instinctively—evaluate value, assess opportunity cost, and act decisively when the numbers made sense.

She has achieved the highest recorded sale in Esplanade at Lakewood Ranch, a distinction that reflects both her pricing discipline and her ability to strategically position homes in competitive markets. In addition to golf communities, Theresa works extensively with amenity-rich neighborhoods throughout Lakewood Ranch and surrounding areas, including communities well-suited for families and relocations.
